The Open International Taekwon-do ITF Sparring Seminar was successfully held at the Olympic sports training center "Planernaya", Moscow, Russia, on the 21-22 of January 2017

Seminar was conducted by Konstantin Yurikov – Merited Master of Sports of Russia, Merited Coach of Russia, World Champion and Multiple European Champion, Coach of Evgeny Otsimik – the only triple World Sparring Champion.
More than 80 Taekwon-do practitioners from Moscow, Moscow region, Pskov region, Saint-Petersburg, Voronezh, Udmurtiya Republic, Nizhny Novgorod region, Lugansk and Finland took part at the Event.
Seminar was held as a big training with a variety of technical and tactical methods’ demonstration and explanation, discussion of options for the application of new knowledge into practice.
Seminar allowed participants to improve their skills and get invaluable personal advices from Konstantin Yurikov. Athletes and coaches had a great opportunity to practice with the representatives from different regions and countries, to discuss the prospects and trends of modern sparring in Taekwon-do ITF, to strengthen inter-regional and international relations.
